Shooting Double cheeked up on a long weekend

Did a little crown land excursion this past weekend.

Around 3.5 seconds from firing to hearing the impact, guess the range!

Anyone know the legality of shooting at hydro cuts? Not hating on OP, im just curious because its the only place i can find near me with enough range, my buddy says he shoots in one all the time but that doesnt mean its legal LOL
