Misc Gunpost Issue

So i have had my gunpost account for around 6 months now as i recently discovered it and it just randomly got banned when i logged onto my account from my laptop. i tired to make a new account and boom... instantly banned. Has anyone else had this issue? i was looking for some next potential buys but now i can't.

Did you contact gunpost and ask why it was banned?

I contacted them but haven’t heard back yet
