Misc Gunpost Issue
So i have had my gunpost account for around 6 months now as i recently discovered it and it just randomly got banned when i logged onto my account from my laptop. i tired to make a new account and boom... instantly banned. Has anyone else had this issue? i was looking for some next potential buys but now i can't.

Are you using a VPN? A VPN can sometimes result in an instant ban, some banks do this too

I’ve too but I absolutely hate the Ui of CGN. I honestly find it difficult to find stuff in my area, I’m either using the site improperly or that’s just how it is

Had exact same problem. I had many positive reviews on my account before it was banned too. I suspect somebody was mad I didn’t respond quickly enough in messages and reported my account. I emailed gunpost admins and it was never resolved.

If you're in a heavily populated area and/or the ISP is operating on a shoestring: this could be down to CGNAT and someone else on the same public IP did something fishy. There's only so many public IP addresses available so sometimes an ISP will set up what's called carrier grade network address translation. From a WAN standpoint you could have the same public IP address as your whole neighbourhood with your ISP routing traffic to individual households.

Like it’s super frustrating like all I want to do is buy and possibly sell in the future. But they are making it very difficult to do that when they hand out bans for zero reason

The mods on gunpost are great
They usually get back in literally 15 mins 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Well they aren’t great in my case. Been almost 3 days and still haven’t heard anything

From things I’ve looked up, a lot of people have had bad experiences with GP and the devs on there

They are really bad. They get pissy about all sorts of things and intentionally target people.
They even tired to extort money out of my buddy for getting his account unbanned but he didn’t do anything to get banned.

What kind of activity was happening on your GP account before your ban?
