Try shooting the CZ trail mad minute style. Run the bolt, keep your hand on it, and actuate the trigger with your middle finger.
I find it easier to maintain my target that way since I find I don't have to break my aim and I can keep my eye down the scope. I keep the trigger on the lightest setting (1.5lb) and have no problems running Mozambique drills this way.
Also works exceptionally well with a canted red dot.
