tl dr; you buy a handgun, his business loans it to you for 1 year increments. You need RPAL, range membership, and IPSC membership.

More details: this is also an avenue to kinda inherit guns. ie: he buys your dead dad's handguns, then loans it to you. It's also another avenue to sell your unwanted handguns for more than a slap in the face.

iirc to maintain a black badge you have to shoot at least one competition every year
