I recently took the restricted course. Instructor said you can “borrow” a hand gun from your friend so long as they write a letter, temp transfer is approved, etc etc. then it’s up to your friend to keep lending and submitting approval. Does anyone know if this is true? I could call CFO but I was hopeful there was a link to read up first. Edit: I’m in Ontario

It was my understanding that this borrowing mechanism is only allowed for 6 months and can’t generally be renewed over and over
