The market for SKS chassis is a lot smaller than most people realize. A chassis like this would require stamping, and that is expensive to get going and requires a lot of volume to justify.
Canada is unique right now in that we can have the SKS and almost nothing else. Most other places you'd just go buy an AK or similar gun before dumping money into modding an SKS into one.
I get that, but i feel like a lot of the stocks & chassis on the market all have unique geometry when the simplest design is more or less staring us in the face.

I really am surprised this style of chassis isn't already a commercially available thing.
