My only question is where and how to join one of the sessions or competitions? I don't think my range (Silverdale, Southern Ontario) does bullseye tournaments

I haven't confirmed but I think there is a range in Burlington that does.

I believe you're right. Do you have to be a member of that range though? Or can an outsider join?
