Whether it was because the model ceased being produced, it was OIC’d the night before or a gunpost deal that fell through.

The first one that comes to mind is a Walther PPK with a restricted barrel for $400 that someone else got to first.

A Beretta 92g Elite 2 in 9mm that was priced for $900. I just didn't have the money at the time.
