Recurring Canadaguns Politics and Debate Thread

Please post all your Gun Politics or Ban-related ideas, questions, initiatives, comments, suggestions, news articles, and recommendations in this thread. This thread recurs every 14 days.

First and foremost, this is a Canadian Gun subreddit, so keep it at least decently related to both of those things.

This thread is not for general politics, there are plenty other subs that are meant for that. Off-topic threads may be removed, especially if they are leading to personal attacks, flame wars, etc.

To prevent the main sub being flooded with dozens of similar threads, text posts complaining about/asking about/chatting about gun politics will be sent here.

We understand that politics is a touchy subject, and at times things can get heated. A reminder of the subreddit rules, when commenting, where subreddit users are expected to abide.

Keep this Canadian gun politics related and polite. Off-topic stuff, flame wars, negative generalizations against groups, personal attacks and gate-keeping will be removed. Please flag any comments to bring to the attention of mods otherwise exercise your upvoting and downvoting ability.

Idk if they are doing it up here yet but I have some knowledge of the industry and these companies are trying to get it to go down to 1 man per truck like it is in the states. Now you tell me how fucking stupid it is to have 1 man driving, transporting and actually delivering and pick up cash. Now imagine it was juicy weapons, dont even need to turn thr cash in to guns , just straight up guns. 

You look at that and tell me thats a good plan for 1, let alone a 2 man crew. Hell 3 wouldnt really be safe enough I think. And these companies definitely dont have the manpower for this either. And I can't imagine any self respecting RPAL holder to confiscate his own communities guns.

After already seeing the really shitty pay of a Brinks driver I think that if I was a Brinks driver though saying I no longer get a partner would be the final straw in me quitting. Sorry but I am not Rambo or John Mcclane especially when it comes to other people's insured money. I am not risking my life to have a target put on my back. Idk also what kind of training Brinks driver's get but I doubt it would be enough to effectively take on three guy's by themselves. With two people atleast you have someone to watch your back. By yourself? Three criminals could easily over power your average Brinks driver. They would only even need two handguns if that between the three of them. I can't believe they are seriously trying to go down to one person per truck. That’s just screaming for criminals to target Brinks trucks even more.
