Misc What even causes this
Firing CCI Mini Mag out of a TM22. This was like the 4th round out of this 10 round magazine. I pulled the trigger it didn’t fire so I took the magazine out and this is what I saw. Went on to shoot another 100 ish rounds after this with no issues.

My tm22LA does this all the time if I slam it closed...I even shot a couple without realizing and got a face full of hot powder, lol. Now I'm a lil more gentle when I shoot it and it hasn't happened since. Mind you- it happened almost exclusively using Aguila super extra
