Misc What even causes this

Firing CCI Mini Mag out of a TM22. This was like the 4th round out of this 10 round magazine. I pulled the trigger it didn’t fire so I took the magazine out and this is what I saw. Went on to shoot another 100 ish rounds after this with no issues.

Were you holding/pulling back on the magazine or putting pressure on it at all? This exact jam happened to my buddies tm22 when he was shooting off a bag with the mag pressed up against it

No I was shooting from a standing position and have a foregrip I was holding.

When in doubt blame the country of origin tbh I have no idea then
Maybe you pulled it into your shoulder too tight and the gun decided it hated you???
