Misc What even causes this

Firing CCI Mini Mag out of a TM22. This was like the 4th round out of this 10 round magazine. I pulled the trigger it didn’t fire so I took the magazine out and this is what I saw. Went on to shoot another 100 ish rounds after this with no issues.

I had this failure to feed problem several times with Aguila, but 0 with Federal. CCI is a good brand though, so I would likely suggest just bad luck on the previous round of ammo + bad gun + maybe not enough lube.

Fwiw I have a TM22 too and I love it but it's objectively a bad design.

I mean yeah crappy gun for sure lol. I cleaned and lubed it out of the box before shooting it and have put maybe 600 ish rounds through it since. Going to clean it before taking it out again.

I shot mine twice and managed to strip the threads out of the handguard. It was also having fte every 3 rounds. Managed to fix both problems, but this should not be an issue.
