Milsurps / Prohib Deactivated firearms?

Since so much has been banned I wanted to try something new and ask y'all about dewats. Anyone own them? Or hate them? I can imagine we might get a lot of dewat AR's come october of this year (since they were originally registered). Better that than handed in.

Just curious what r/canadaguns thinks about that category of "non-firearms" in general.

Deactivated firearms are absolutely useless and not worth a single red cent in my eyes, I dont care if they are historic or a family heirloom, a Deactivated firearm is absolutely useless

I seen some moron had a Deactivated UZI on Gunpost the other day for 3500$

Rocks in his head

Please do not fold and deactivate anything, id rather sell at a loss than deactivate

You might as well just buy the airsoft equivalent at least you can dry fire it
