Fix my gun Dlask issues, tell me yours.
I'm building out a couple Tuf-22's and the first was plagued by fitment issues between upper and lower. Now after significant work I've gotten a better match but some of my H3CR mags will not seat fully. Anyone have experience with this? Any other issues anyone has come across ?

Their customer service lady is the worst. Was threatening to cancel my order because I decided to use EMT and ordered on the 3rd and hadn't paid yet. She was acting like I stole from them.

Oh I'm sure it is, nobody could hold that job with that attitude if they weren't throughly intertwined. Joe also ignored emails from me for weeks on end until I called three times to get through

I bought a barrel from them a good while ago. I didn’t actually put the build together for a year or so, when I went to find a thread protector/muzzle device I quickly realized they threaded so much of the barrel I couldn’t find anything that would bottom out or completely cover the threads. Had to get a machine shop to make me a custom thread protector lol. I should have noticed just by looking at the thing but It didn’t even cross my mind. I’ve bought other barrels and other stuff from them and no problem but this one was a pretty big pain.

Tuf 22 is the biggest scam going
I cant believe people pay for this garbage, use 10 round mags and save your money
Or be like all the other fellows out there that have no clue that the BX25s are banned, they always tell me rimfire is unlimited capacity?

The BX25 magazine is banned specifically because it is considered a pistol magazine for the Ruger Charger.
All pistols are limited to 10 rounds. Rimfire rifles have no round limit. The TUF-22 was a workaround so that it's magazines would not fit in a pistol. Great alternative for fans of the Ruger 10/22 robustness and reliability that want more than 10 rounds.

The loading clips on the H3CR mags can be pretty fussy. Check you-tube for a couple of videos on loading tips. I play it simple and load the rounds from the top. Have had great success using bulk Remington Thunderbolt ammo at matches. Advent Arms has taken over Dlask's remaining inventory, so you can contact us if you have any concerns.

I top load and still have issues. A lot of mags have fitment problems and sometimes have dead zones where there isnt upwards pressue on the rounds.

I built a tuf22, and my opinion this far has been the mags are just kind of shit.
Was at the range yesterday and finally got one of them feeling alright, I've been trying to pick around inside em to clear out burrs or whatever you wanna call em from the molding process when their made.
Also hit em with some of that lovely lube spray whose name I've forgotten, one of em worked great for about 40 rounds, the other still pretty fucked.
I've read online that wiggle in them is super common, mentioned something about adding a shim to them which I'll look at next I think.
I've had really good experience talking to dlask as well, maybe shoot em an email and see what they have to say and suggest as well.

My new Dlask build is stovepiping, and the HC3R doesn’t feed all that well compared to the factory 10-round rotary mag.
I did find that CCI Blazers seem to run okay in the mags. I’m still troubleshooting to see how I can make my Dlask build more reliable too. I swapped out my recoil spring for a lighter weight one last weekend, but I have not had a chance to test it yet.
I’m also thinking of shimming my mags to see if that will improve feed reliability. Slight movement does seem to impact feed reliability, and I'm using an SBI Superlight chassis, which has no magwell support.
A few of my HC3R stripper clips were also sticking, I think due to molding. I took a sharp flathead screwdriver and ran it up and down along the stripper clip channel (perpendicularly, i.e., | - | where the - is the screwdriver bit) to widen the channel slightly so the rounds feed better. But overall, I find the HC3R mags too fussy.
UPDATE: I took my rifle back to the range today and had a great session. The gun and magazines are now shooting great.
Changed recoil spring to a weaker one (my barrel is only 9" take that into consideration)I was able to shoot about 200+ rounds almost flawlessly.
I think the biggest improvement was the recoil spring.Using Federal Automatch also helped to feed more reliably as I noticed Agulia and Remington Golden Bullets still has some feed issues but Automatch did not. I no longer have stovepipes!I also ordered some 12-24 UNC grub screws, which I installed in the mag well (where the V-block bolts go) to put pressure against the magazine. It seems to keep the mag from shifting!
