Application / Regulation advice Saskatchewan Firearms Appraisal App

The Saskatchewan Firearms Appraisal and Verification App to receive a certificate of exemption has launched.

Will be interesting to see how well this works / doesn't work out in the end.

Provinces that don't support the buyback and gun bans should just issue a "Certificate of Exemption" to any gun owner allowing them to possess, store, transport, and use prohibited firearms.

Saskatchewan fundamentally still supports the bans and buyback with their plan.

This is actually a good point - it truthfully is about ensuring fair compensation which isnt the same as complete opposition to the ban. Still better than nothing / being an active supporter/partner.

Is it known when the Supreme Court hearing is?
