Wish we could still buy handguns. Wish they would just repeal this crap after years of crime going up, it's obviously doing nothing so let the responsible people have their toys. I'm part of the many that were unable to buy handguns.

How do you like the Bersa? I have one too that I put a Strike pistol linear compensator on. Looks like a suppressed PPK and I can get as close as I can to playing real-life Goldeneye!

I like it. My mom likes it a lot. She does better with the 380 auto more than 9mm
I regret not getting the fake compensator. Haven't even bothered to look and see if they're still available.
My next purchase tho is going to be a Bushnell red dot for my MCK

What are those smaller pistols at the bottom? Never shot a bersa. Other looks like a mini 1911 spin.

No, only the legal "transfer" of handguns was frozen for non-exempt individuals. You can still use any handguns you legally purchased as you did before the "freeze". All it does is keep new people from entering the discipline, for the most part, in hopes that the sports will die out in a generation or so.

And this is why I think gun ownership should become a more bipartisan thing in Canada. I'm not saying everyone should nor needs to own a gun, but if the overall general populace was more educated on firearms in Canada, they could see through the smoke and mirrors like the opposition parties did with Bill C-21, where they forced Trudeau's liberals to reverse G4 and G46 amendments which if passed, would have resulted in a defacto semi-auto ban.

I shared a recent promo from SFRC with a friend and told them I got some 9mm for a decent price and they came back with, "I don't have a 9mm" I realized I've been taking my babies for granted.
