It’s not a loophole. We’re just allowed 10 round magazines for pistols.

The magazine inside the sks is for a pistol.

So cross pollination of gun parts, gets around restrictions? Please don’t take this as me being critical, try to understand the details.

Yea, basically. Its like those 5.56 Cross mags for AR15s
