Milsurps / Prohib SKS D value

Someone asked recently on the value of an SKS D. This was one I saw sell back in February. Never did I think an SKS D would be worth 3500 after tax, but here we are I guess.

Mind blowing to anyone who had their license 10+ years ago.

Which option house is this?. I normally buy my surplus rifles from McSherry's.
