Yet we Canadian citizens can't, ugh. The irony! ​

Dudes smoking some crazy shit if he thinks there’s more money to be made supplying a handful of civilian enthusiasts over entire military/law enforcement agencies and units.

You need to learn to read my friend. Lucrative and bigger profit yielding are two different things.
