Buy recommendations Henry Homesteader Aluminum Handguard Manufacturers?
Got this email reply from Midwest this morning.. super disappointed.
The Tommy Enterprises parts seem to be questionable quality, and no one else seems to make an aluminum MLOK or tactical handguard for the Homesteader. RPP makes handguard for everything but the HH. Anyone have insights into companies looking into making their own version, or am I missing an available brand?

Damn that sucks, the MI handguard was the only good option…

Yeah I'm glad I got it when I did. It's really exceptional quality too. I remember debating on whether to wait and glad I didn't on the rifle of the handguard

Third Echelon in Edmonton makes charging handles and rail systems for the Homesteader. I don't know if rail systems include a handguard. Their contact email is operations@thirdechelon.ca .

Are the Homesteaders just not selling very well and that's why MI discontinued this product?

They're sold out most places I've seen, and there's a lot of praise and interest in the MI handguards. Hard to believe it was based on lack of interest, but that's just one guy's limited observations.

I’d really like to see RPP make stuff for the homesteader the only thing they really offer is a rail for optics that I’ve seen. I’d like to see them make a space cowboy stock for the Henry 22 levers also while I’m at it lol

I am currently making one. I'm trying to figure out how to offer it for a good price, it's very expensive to just straight up CNC one. This is what it will look like
Also making an aluminum buffer tube + AR15 grip adapter, pic rail and "heat shield". The heat shield is attached to the pic rail and is intended to be used with the standard wood HG+buttstock to look similar to the old Ithaca shotguns
