Misc [Megathread] Makasi MK-15

This will be the place where all Makasi related discussion will be concentrated (until the rifle starts getting into peoples hands). We’re seeing a lot of repeated posts, hype, and speculation on sub right now and we want to try to keep it from drowning out the rest of the content you good folks are making.

We expect to remove this megathread once the rifle actually gets into people’s hands and gets some actual canadian reviews. In the meantime feel free to speculate, discuss your purchase/preorder or otherwise in this thread.

I made the mistake of preordering at Marstar. The deposit is not refundable unless the gun is banned or if they don’t receive them (whatever that means). If I decide not to go through with the purchase for whatever reason I am SOL.

That's not as bad as RDSC, you have to pay the entire thing upfront and there is no refund (you get store credit instead iirc)
