Some businesses blame everyone else but their own shitty business practices. Diversify or get left behind.

Change it up. Look at other posts that have outlined what they could have done. Gun shops near me have made the changes to keep going. What a dumb question you posed.

Give me some examples of diversification for a gun shop. You’re the one claiming they need to change in up, I wanna hear it from you, not going looking up claims you say others have posted
