Not only does it add time, there are now a non-insignificant number of people who do not believe it's actually a requirement now and will argue with you about it.
Like dude, I don't want your pal info to buy a magazine but the law requires it and I'm not interested in going to jail over it.
I was caught off guard by the requirement last time I bought powder. But being retarded enough to argue with the people running the fucking shop should be an offence punishable by at least several slaps.
