I'm aware of the lawsuits and videos but I'm not aware of ANYONE describing and replicating the uncommanded discharges. Boggles the mind why this is so hard to nail down under lab conditions...

This whole thing is deeply fascinating.

maybe it would fail if it was banged or dropped on the rear in that config, but it's already a step up over many other pistol designs.
