Like I said in another post....the gov will allow this to get imported, they will make between 100 to 160 million in tax money from it --> ban it --> rinse and repeat.

they stand to gain everything from makign sure the last "men" that can defend themselves become docile and poor.

If they want people to become docile I doubt banning it after people get them helps that cause, they won't be able to take them back just make it illegal for use.
