Application / Regulation advice Question about my CFP portal vs Individual web services

Hi all. I noticed my PAL application on RCMP's Individual Web Services and MyCFP portal don't have matching information about my application status

On Individual Web Services it says that my application is valid and will be printed&mailed yet on MyCFP portal it is still in the processing/background check stage.

My question to you all with experience in the process is should I trust Web services or MyCFP? I'm not sure which one is more accurate!

Someone claims that they received it 3wks after IWS says it's issued.

MyCFP was introduced as a part of their "digital transform" program a few years back but since this is a government IT program, it takes them eons to implement it. Currently most things are still done through IWS, the original online portal.

So I'd guess that IWS is the one to trust in this case.

Same thing happened to me. I have my PAL in my wallet currently and my CFP still says it’s processing. When my individual web services said it was approved I called them and they said it was on the way.

I just went through it, either call them or email them through the MYCFP, and ask if the card was "issued" yet... If they say yes, congrats, it is in the mail enroute to you.

When Individual web service indicated Valid (will be print and mail), exactly 14 days after it's came in mailbox. (Quebec/RPAL)
