If he plans to license it. The options include Kodiak defence, MRA, Sterling Arms, Lockhart Tactical, Crusader, and BCL.
I can only dream we see Colt Canada making these but they probably don't care about the civilian market.
ATRS would also be sweet but I haven't heard from them in years.
Kodiak would make it relatively cheap and high chance of not working. Lockhart, MRA, Sterling Arms would make it work and be mid priced. Crusader and BCL would probably face some hiccups. Although I do like the BCL bolt guns
