Missing from the lineup is

- little badger

- two Ruger 10/22s

- mossberg 88

- savage 64 .22lr

Friend of mine told me about GP in Jan-Feb of ‘25, and that you can buy firearms online and have them shipped to you (I live in northern MB, closest store that sells firearms is 750km away)

Game changer. Wallet breaker.

Had PAL since 2019, and a Remington 783 that I shot once in 6 years. Sold it last year.

My favourite to shoot is probably the Kar98k, though I haven’t even shot all of them yet because of wildfire evacuation last summer and outdoor range is still buried in about 3ft of snow.

Still new to collecting surplus. Currently have a Mosin Nagant and 2 SKS. Does anyone mind listing what each model is. Would like a reference for future purchases.

Thanks for your help. Makes it a lot easier knowing what surplus is available to collect in Canada.

I've been eyeing the Russian surplus lately. So sad that I missed the svt 40 and the AK variants. I've never even heard of the Schmidt Rubens.

The SVT-40 is a very nice rifle, and fun to shoot. I’m bummed I missed out on things like the type 81. The Schmidt-Rubins (I spelled them wrong first time oops) are from the Swiss army, my two are dated 1916 and 1918, and they are immaculate. Behind the butt stock pad, there is an old tag with the soldiers name, squad and address. It’s really really awesome.

I highly recommend them, they aren’t too crazy expensive, and they aren’t getting cheaper lol.
