I also add this, as a reference of how your eyes should be focused

It also looks like youre hitting consistently high, so try to sit the target on top of your front sight called a 6 o'clock hold Also be sure your sights are level like in the image

Beyond that its finger placement on trigger and grip. Ideally it'll look like this and for grip be like this lethal grandpa with 60-70% of grip coming from the off hand. Trigger hand should only be there to focus on pulling the trigger slowly. So tight squeeze with off hand and (somewhat) loose trigger hand
