I have a CZ600 alpha in 7.62x39 and it is a nicer rifle than my Ruger Americans. I still really like my Americans, but in terms of build, trigger and accuracy, I say the CZ600 is a bit better.
That said, I'm mainly referring to the Alpha model, the Trail model only has a 2moa guarantee on it, and guys report anywhere from 1-3moa with it.
The trigger on the CZ is much better.
But, I still love my RAR in 5.56, and I have a predator in 308 as well and enjoy them
The .223/5.56 trail is very picky with ammo (specifically, bullet weight), and the 7.62 less so - that said, the accuracy is directly proportional to the quality of the ammunition you feed it.
My 7.62x39 is about 2.5-3MOA at 100 with Czech surplus, 1.5-2.5MOA with Chinese, 1.5MOA with S&B soft points, and will shoot bug-hole 0.5-1MOA groups with either handloads or federal power-shoks.
All of the above are 123 or 124gr projectiles, as almost all 7.62x39 is. The quality and nature of the propellant is likely making the most difference, affecting both velocity and standard deviation.
I am currently working on a load for 150gr Hot-Cor projectiles, as the power-shoks use the 124gr variant, and a 150gr load would have little bit more effective range (albeit also using a rather spicy powder charge.)
