Yeah. My brother's friend heard of a guy from their club passing away, and he swung buy to pay his respects. The widow was more than happy to arrange a sale for everything when the estate finalized. She had no idea what she was going to do with them as she didn't have her license and figured asking the cops to come get them was her only option. 😬

My running theory is that BC is higher due to the huge number of retirees that move here. Widows and estates getting rid of hard to move collections.
