But I know plenty of people who own full autos… we just don’t care, the RCMP barely ever comes in Québec… I’ve lived there all my life and I’ve never seen a single officer, first time I saw one was when I went to PEI for the first time
They only ever do anything when it’s near the border, like that time my uncle saw off the Newfoundland and Labrador flagpole and they came, looked around, went out for lunch and never came back… that’s the only time I’ve heard of them crossing the provincial border and doing anything at all
Our provincial police doesn’t really do gun grabs either unless it’s gang related
