Huge L to BC... There is no registry for NR yet nearly 1.5x the amount of claims than Québec...

Most of those were from stores, I'd love to know the real numbers just from people.

Those numbers are not including any retailers, that was a seperate program.

Wrong, the numbers are not separated. Claim periods for retailers and private citizens are separated to not overwhelm the system, but numbers are not separated.
