It was probably 1 or 0. Props to Nunavut honestly, because they probably have a higher per capita rate of ownership.
I saw a story Nunavut actually asked for an exemption because they replied on many of these guns for bear defense, a very valid argument (although I don't agree with one group or race getting an exemption), and the government said no.
As I said before, great job Idlout for crossing the floor and completely fucking over your constituents! She has the power to make or break the majority and might be able to twist Carney's arm into doing it.
