Im surprised Quebec is so low. I’m in Montreal and I had to declare a rifle. My job depends on a clean sheet, and the gov already knows of the rifle. I have many friends in similar situations (government employees, lawyers, guys who cross thr border often and dont want a strike in the book). So I’m surprised number is not higher
