Now comes the insane part, how they hell do they plan to collect and move 67,000 rifles in 6 months using only Quebec police, Waterloo police, Halifax police and Vancouver. Everyone else declined.

The biggest cities in Quebec have their own police, and some cities already said they won't pay for this. If the government want them to collect, it will be overtime pay and will have to be paid by the federal government or nothing will be done. Not budgeted in the city budget to do this.

Opted out as there is no legislation currently to force them to collect. All optics and likely pre-planned.

"Us police are on your side"

"The government made an new policy and so we have to come get them."

Keeps the police from looking like WWII Germany.
