Don't worry about safety, you can attend their Pistol Safety Safety Course 101 to learn about flagging your RO!

...yup, that's how they advertise their "safety course". That's all you needed to know.

I can figure out barrel flagging the rso, but how do I learn that 2 dudes 1 glock technique?
