Yup, thus why it's here as a Non restricted firearm!

It's made to be shot with 2 hands. It has a stock, and especially with the stock 16 inch barrel, has a long Overall length. Nothing about it is restricted. Any judge with the ability to read would have to say it’s a survival rifle.
