With so few options left, I’ve had more time and money to get into collecting these beautys. What have you guys been collecting lately?

Top to bottom:

Russian laminate cherry wood

SKS-D early Chinese

Whoaaa, they’re all gorgeous but the one at the bottom is quite a unique piece. Where’d you get the chassis, I’m assuming that’s a custom job?

Custom by myself, I had another in here last week that was similar. Takes a lot of handiwork to get this far but I’m starting to be happy with it

What is the chassis made from? A bit hard to tell in the photo. 3D printing could potentially work well for it. Might even come out sturdier than an ATI stock with the right blend of filament!

It’s a wood chassis with stamped sheet metal around the side. There is a 3D chassis out there but the forums are from 2017 and it seems nobody posted the files for it. Would be a great idea though
