People react more negatively to AI generated advertisements than real ones and Canadians are overwhelmingly uncomfortable with the use of generative AI in a political context.

It doesn't really matter if you or I care about AI pictures being used, the public cares, and a political advocacy organization that doesn't take into account public perceptions is a shitty political advocacy organization.

Keep up. This is exactly the point, their failures in advocacy have little to do with using AI generated images but here we are, 200 replies in.

People seem more pissed at this than their little grandfathering trial balloon and that is pretty whack.
