Application / Regulation advice Norinco 7.62x39 red box accuracy?

Good day, what has been others experience with this ammo and it's accuracy out of an sks? My experience has been poor with an average group of about 4 inches at 50 meters. I can have 2 rounds next to each other , then the third 4 inches away. Flyers are quite common as well. Not sure if it's the ammo or rifle. (French tickler).

While it's essentially non-corrosive Chinese surplus, it isn't that bad for accuracy.

I've had it shoot down to 1 moa on bench rest from my SKS. But it's more 2-3 moa in general offhand.

I think 4 inches at 50 meters is a little bit of a skill issue, especially if it's supported, but that means there's room for improvement!

Remember to focus on your front sight, and try to shoot at the bottom of your exhale, ideally between heartbeats. Don't jerk your trigger either.

Then you'll be shooting with the best conscripts!
