Guarantee Gary would still claim the original numbers though. This program is so fucking opaque and obfuscated that we honestly have no clue what is making up the numbers they are claiming or how they have actually arrived at it. I wouldn't be surprised it a bunch of the numbers were counted from guys with Rs just logging in to see what would come up for them, and then the government counting it as declaring or something. 

There's definitely some shady shit going on with their accounting on this program, they're fudging the numbers in anyway that they can.

I'm just still dumbfounded they haven't taken the easy cop out of grandfathering, like every other Liberal government has done every other time this has been attempted. I still think that'll be the ultimate end to this.
