News / Politics / Activism You can withdraw from the ASFPC

WITHDRAW from the ASFCP: if you’ve already declared your firearms, it’s not too late to withdraw. The program itself outlines how to do so.

So you’re in the same boat as the registered folks. Who cares? If people start dropping out it’s even more of a black stain on the program. We want this scrapped

No doors are being kicked in. If no ones complying the government will cave. Or, even better, the Supreme Court will reverse this shit

What are you talking about, anyone retarded enough to participate in in the confiscation, and by their own admission are in possession of now prohibs. They have an address, a name, and a charge and a "clear and present danger"(pfft.). Everything they need for a no knock warrant. There aren't the willing resources to participate in that at scale but, there are ~51000 (whatever that equates to in PAL holders, I'm sure a number of people had more than one)to make examples of knowing that they won't have to make an example of all of them. Police are just regular people, wanna go home at the end of the day. Probably, really not interested in getting shot in trying to confiscate a firearm from an otherwise law abiding citizen. But there are whole SRT/ERT teams whose dicks get hard at the prospect of getting to do that shit.

2012 was the last time restrictions were loosened in any way and, it was to save 2 billion on a program that wasn't producing meaningful results to justify the use of that many tax dollars. You didn't all of a sudden have a shit ton more selection or rights, you just didn't have to register non-restricted firearms. Because they don't make things less restrictive unless it's good for them.

I don't particularly like PP, but nothing would make me happier then to have him be PM and repeal all this. He would have my vote for a long time. Like, I'm in your corner on this, but I think you'd be daft to think this just all goes away. I'm saying best case we get grandfathered and restricted rules apply if you want to use it. I am however hopeful. Edit because I would like an AR-15.
