Someone posted yesterday that the budget for the buyback was cut from 250 million to 68.5 million. They don’t mention if this list includes store inventories or if it’s just individual owners. Either way it doesn’t sound like there’s enough money assuming that budget includes paying various organizations to facilitate the confiscations and the advertising etc.
