they are giving you that much just for a stripped lower? i don't believe that

It's 940 a lower, I have 2 of them. I also am skeptical but they never changed status as finished and have always been stripped lower. I took screenshots of the amount they are offering and have the original paperwork stating them as stripped lower's.
