Are these stores that can’t move inventory, deceased (R)PAL holders, people moving away from the country, ..etc?

I’ve got no doubt a small amount of people will most likely surrender their property, but for the most part seems like we’re all in solidarity on the issue

Do these figures include stores? Or are they only individuals?

With liberals you can never trust data.

They will say that they have a 31% compliance rate when in reality it's actually closer to 4%.
