Milsurps / Prohib M1 Garand Thoughts

I would really like to get another M1 Garand ( had one in the 90s I had to let go, for $350). I know that no one can predict the future here but what are the odds it ends up on the list?

Just make sure it doesn’t have a modified barrel that might put you in the prohib category.

Good point, would definitely make sure i get a full length one
