Milsurps / Prohib M1 Garand Thoughts

I would really like to get another M1 Garand ( had one in the 90s I had to let go, for $350). I know that no one can predict the future here but what are the odds it ends up on the list?

It's essentially a Liberal cult at this point. It's all cult think. Cult members are not allowed to question the cult, so there are no reality checks any more. If you're inside the cult, you become disconnected from reality

And all the bench crossers will suddenly wake up tomorrow with differing views on things they strongly believed in while at their previous party?
