https://www.conservative.ca/stand-on-guard-2/The bill makes important changes to Section 34 of the Criminal Code so that force is presumed to be justified if used against an illegal intruder. Conservatives first announced the ‘Stand on Guard’ principle back in August, asking the government to introduce legislation in the fall session.

I see this point being made as a smear against the conservatives constantly. If you really think the conservative leader is selling out the US while also cheering on a technocratic banker who is still supporting the companies that are actually crushing Canadian's livelihoods then I don't know what to say.
Just going to remind you we're currently in the midst of seeing multiple sensational feel good moves by the Liberals with no major benefits to the Canadian public. Did we forget the tax cut that won't help with groceries and only rack up our debt? Are we ignoring the current firearms confiscation / buyback that is literally just smoke and mirrors to create the illusion of public safety and buy quebec votes? Data surveillance laws in the name of safety? Exempting companies from laws in the name of productivity?
It's wild how hard people like you lose their shit at the Conservatives but they wouldn't be doing half the shit that's going on now.
